“Great value for money”

The property is part of house in secluded road, Very quite neighbourhood. We skipped the breakfast as it was very basic. But for this kind of money I am not complaining. The stuffed helped with all our request. Plenty of hot water. The beds were confutable, The rooms are not big but we only slept there. Good enough for us. The property is 10-15min walking distance from centre, You still can use Grab if you are lazy. Shops and restaurants only 2-3min away. Less then 10min walk from Semporna Jetty. I would recommend this place for people on a budget and light sleepers. VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. The Chinese owner often was around and was ready to help. They let us check out very late as we had boat trip on the same day agains No Extra charge. You can buy cold water or drinks from the reception but also free drinking water from water dispenser outside. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality and sorry that we took your adapter with us. Will send it back

Simple but comfortable, good local breakfast, laundry facilities, plenty of clotheslines for drying clothes. They also offer various tours and, if needed, transportation to Tawau Airport at a good price. The staff was very friendly and helpful, answering all our questions and concerns. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay and would stay there again. Recommended.

Nice location, close to local restaurants. Warm shower and nice amenities like washing machine and breakfast. The staff were friendly and accommodating

Very comfortable accommodation with everything we needed, including a kitchen to cook meals, wifi, and free drinking water. Ten minute walk to catch the boats to the islands. They kindly arranged a taxi for us the the airport.

A clean, spacious, and comfortable room, simple but perfectly suitable for a good stay. The staff were quick and helpful, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. For divers, the jetty is less than a ten minute walk away, so the property is very well located. I'd gladly stay again, and can recommend!

Quiet environment, friendly staff, clean room, good air conditioning. Simple chinese style breakfast which may not appeal to the westerners. We enjoyed good Chinese tea in the garden. The staff reserved the minibus for us to the airport and we boarded the bus in front of the house.

“QUIETNESS IN SEMPORNA”

The accommodation is a 10-minute walk from the centre, in some sort of a small compound. That means everything was quiet and clean, compared to town.

“Relaxing, clean place to escape Semporna town”

Beautiful garden, quiet street, very clean and comply room with good A/C. Good to stay and relax before and after diving. I would stay again. The staff was also very nice, however their English was very basic. It’s a bit outside Semporna town but it’s easy to walk like 10 mins.
