Comfortable apartment, adequately furnished Clean refrigerator and washing machine with dish and clothes washing soaps provided Clean towels BUT not the bedding Beds comfortable The apartment was clean EXCEPT see below Owner responded to our complaints - seemed not to understand spoken English language but rectification done

Strategy location, go to every where also convenient. The owner provides many facilities and equipment, including the drinking machine, football game table, board games, etc. The unit is very spacious and can fit for 6-8 people

“One Residence Sekinchan is one of the cleanest accommodation I have booked since 2015. Keep it up!”
The accommodation is also good for family outings. Location is near tourist spots. From the unit, you get to view the Malacca Strait and the tall "wishing tree".

Clean. Easy to access the attractions nearby. Can still see the sea though it’s only at level 5. Feel secure at this place as only access card holder and open the door & use the lift. Instant coffee was provided.
