“Wonderful time”

The professionalism of the hotel staff truly stood out—everyone, from waiters and housekeeping to reception, SPA, and entertainment teams, was both friendly and highly competent. Labranda clearly invests in quality staff training. Special thanks to Huseyn from Reception, who went beyond and above his responsibilities and helped us several times, being always extremely friendly and responsive; to Simay for her professional guest service; and to Mr. Nazif from Guest Relations, who delighted us with his guitar performances, even singing an Azerbaijani song just for us. Evening shows were a highlight—Magic, circus, dance performances, and Turkish Night were all excellent. The food, especially at dinner, was delicious and varied, with live music adding to the atmosphere. A short €5 taxi ride (booked via reception) takes you to the charming town of Sigacik, where we enjoyed stunning views and found unique handmade souvenirs, clothes, and jewelry.

It’s a very calm and quiet place, perfect for relaxing. The staff are very helpful, especially Hussyn at the reception. The food is delicious as well.

There were plenty of sun loungers, staff were friendly and attentive, the variety of food which was all included was delicious. We both loved the homemade pizza at the beach bar. The alcoholic drinks were strong which was great too. The pina coladas were awesome too on the roof top bar. We both had a fantastic time staying here for the 9 nights of our trip. Definitely recommend to others.

I stayed there with my family and we absolutely loved it! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is amazing! There’s a great variety – meat, fish, veggies – and everything is always top-notch. The desserts and halva are especially delicious. The selection might not be huge, but everything tastes fantastic. The beach is clean with nice, soft sand that's always being smoothed out. The hotel keeps everything spotless: they clean up dishes, cigarette butts, and trash right away. There’s no annoying animation, which makes for a really peaceful atmosphere. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. The sea is super clean with lots of fish swimming around, which is great for snorkeling. There's also a pontoon for those who want to dive straight into deep water. There are plenty of umbrellas and loungers, so you can always find a spot. We loved everything! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm, hassle-free getaway.

“First time All Inclusive”

Our first experience of all inclusive. Thought it was good value for the money. Good choice of food in the main restaurant with great views of the sea. It was not clear at all if the other restaurants were open and in the inclusive package. Mostly Turkish and German guests during our stay with not many English speaking staff. Rooms were a reasonable size and kept clean. The site is in the middle of nowhere and badly signposted if you come by car. We had a hire car so we were able to visit the adjoining towns when it was cloudy and overcast. You are stuck without transport. Our only frustration was an overall lack of information as to the running of the place made worse in our case by lack of English speaking staff. We visited middle of May..it was fairly busy. Not sure we would enjoy July August. 80/100 is our score and we would visit again

Beach and guest relation office. The beach is clean and has a nice view. You can enjoy swimming, although the water is cold, but only at the beginning, and then your body will get used to it. The guest relation office (Mr.Nazif) was very helpful in assisting me in reserving the fish restaurant and arranging a taxi to the airport.

The room is very clean. Although there were many flowers on the walkways and around the hotel, there were no mosquitoes. Although we stayed on the first floor, we were able to sleep all night with the balcony door open. Quality and very tasty food. I had mobility because I drove my own car. Well organized beach. Clean sea water and marine plateau with sand, without stones.

I would especially emphasize the hospitality of both the hotel staff and the Turkish people in general. It's really nice when you come on vacation, and around you you see positive people who selflessly strive to make your stay happy. Unlimited amounts of food and drinks, during our stay we did not run out of anything. Also, a sufficient number of sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach.
