Overview
The Försterhäusl is located on the outskirts of Seefeld, 200 metres from the Rosshütte ski area. The exclusively furnished apartments all have a balcony or terrace and offer free Wi-Fi. Each spacious apartment features a bedroom and a separate living room, a flat-screen satellite TV, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso machine. For stays longer than 5 nights, a free bottle of exclusive Austrian wine welcomes guests to their apartment on arrival. On request, fresh bread rolls can be delivered in the morning. Bed linen is changed once a week and towels can be changed upon request. Mountain bikes can be rented free of charge, and a ski storage room is available. A cross-country ski run is 900 metres away. The property is an ideal starting point for hiking and cross country skiing excursions. On weekdays, guests of the Försterhäusl Apartments benefit from reduced admission to the Olympiabad public swimming pool. Free private parking is available at the Försterhäusl. The free ski bus to the Gschwandtkopf ski area stops only 200 metres away.

We liked our apartment very much! Super warm, clean, we had everything what we needed. Julia was very communicative. Location is very close to the slopes and about 10-15 minutes from the city centre. Great place! I hope we will be able to meet again!

Julia is an exceptionally kind and attentive host — she helped us with ski trails tickets and gladly accommodated all our special requests. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

We loved our stay at Försterhäusl! Julia is very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great and there are plenty of hiking routes right next to the house. The accommodation is spacious and has everything you need. Also very pet friendly.

“Magnificent apartments within walking distance to the main ski lift base!”
Perhaps these are one of the apartments closest to the ski lifts, which are also located away from the road and therefore provide peace, tranquility and stunning views of the mountains and pine forest. We didn’t even expect such a cozy house, in which it was so nice to relax after intense skiing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare dinner or breakfast. Supermarkets are located in the center of the town, a 20-minute walk (there - downhill, back - a little uphill). Yulia is a very hospitable host, it’s very pleasant to communicate, and I recommend it with great pleasure!
