“Disappointed”
I didn’t like anything because they are not working with people. They are working with robots. I told them that we should change the dates due to health problems and they didn’t want to help us . There was no sense of humanity.

I liked everything in Chalet Sonneck. Staff was very friendly and kind. Room was very clean and beautiful. Even the location is amaizing. Close to the train station and to the other key places in Seefeld.
