“Perfect ski and spa spot”

It was absolutely gorgeous. The room was huge and clean, I loved the toiletries. The spa was very clean and elegant, with many choices. FYI, it is nudist-friendly. The breakfast was perfect. The bar has several comfy rooms. The location is central, very close to the railway and bus station, surrounded by restaurants. I would recommend it to people who did not come for a loud party, it is a place for relaxation.

Location was ideal for skiing and train or bus connections and for being in the heart of the town. Food was excellent and staff friendly. Spa pool was huge.

Fabulous hotel in a beautiful area with stunning views and easy access to hiking trails. Very helpful staff. Beautiful spacious indoor pool and spa area. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub in the dark and in the rain! Outstanding breakfasts and dinners. A favourite hotel, so this was our second visit.

“Fantastic location, huge breakfast buffet, good pool, gym and sauna. Old bathrooms.”

The rooms are renovated with nice alpine style, there was a balcony and an -older- bathroom. Pool and spa are fantastic, breakfast wirh a hige variety of delicious food, only for vegan/vegetarian it’s a bit harder to find something, but even okay. Staff is very friendly. The location is just at the main place, 5 mins walking distance from the train station.

Hotel itself it's amasing, from the SPA area to the Room we have booked (we had one of the premium rooms with a hottub in the middle of the open area). Breakfast is also very nice, with plenty to choose from. We have booked with Half Board during the New Year's Eve and every dinner was amasing. Great food to choose from and the staff was very nice and welcoming. As a bonus, despite the fact that check-out on the 1st was scheduled to 11 AM, the staff at the reception kindly let us use the room till noon and on top provided access to the pool and spa area which was a very kind gesture - thanks!

Difficult to get to the property, I drove around following my Sat Nav but it could not get me to the hotel because of bollards in the road. I finally parked elsewhere and walked to the hotel to ask how to get to their parking, that is poor in my opinion, maybe give instructions on how to get their in my welcome email ALPENLOVE as I'd requested parking when booking and you'd confirmed it. At check out parking wasn't on my bill until I told them I had parked there. Parking incredibly tight No signage inside hotel e.g lift to underground car park impossible to find and when I asked staff the response was "down there" Bed as hard as iron, pillow filling non existant. Balcony furniture faded and worn. Staff unhelpful and sent me to the wrong floor to find my room (more poor signage). I could not find my room and ended up in the pool / massage area and the staff there didn't know where my room was. The hotel tries to hard to be chic, nice at first glance but detail very poor e.g curtains falling of the track when you close them, one curtain behind a large sofa so can't actually get to it to close it. You will need to enjoy an early morning as hotel located next to the town church with very very very loud bells at 7am.
