High spec finish and immaculate. The beds were just so comfy and the linens were beautifully white, plentiful towels and toiletries. The location is perfect, with a great supermarket a few minutes walk away and ski bus stop outside. And lovely views from the south facing balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at A-VITA Viktoria in Seefeld and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our apartment, which set the tone for a fantastic stay right away. The manager and her son were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming — the kind of hosts who make you feel less like a guest and more like you’re coming home. Their hospitality truly stood out. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless. Every corner of the apartment reflected a high level of care and attention to detail — clearly a place that’s run with pride and heart. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. The views from the apartment were spectacular, something we looked forward to enjoying every single day. On top of that, the location is perfect — within close proximity to everything Seefeld has to offer, making it incredibly convenient without sacrificing peace and quiet. All in all, A-VITA Viktoria is the perfect place for everything: comfort, location, views, and outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend staying here and can confidently say we will be back. A truly memorable stay.

“Fantastic stay in beautiful apartment in Seefeld”

As a family of 4, we booked a lovely apartment for our short stay in Seefeld. Upon early arrival, Anita kindly informed us that we could check in early AND. That we had been upgraded to their Top 10 apartment. The apartment itself is really beautifully furnished and includes a lot of cooking utilities as well if you want to cook. The supermarket, Eurostar, is literally 150m from the apartment. It’s also a really short walk to the old town centre and to the and to the Olympiabas. We loved our stay - thank you so much.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. I especially loved the oil paintings on the walls – they added such a nice touch to the space. I asked if there was a microwave available, and they promptly brought one to my room, which I really appreciated. The views from both the front and back balconies were excellent. There’s a shop just across the street, and it’s only a short walk to the town center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!

location perfect, we stayed ate a vita living, with garage, in front of the station, in front of the main street and the restaurants. beds and bathroom perfect. complete kichten

Our taxi driver took us to the wrong A-Vita location. Luckily the owner was there and took us plus all our luggage to the right location. So a poor start was rectified immediately by A-Vita’s excellent customer service. The young man on reception then took us to our apartment and explained how it all worked and he could not have been more helpful. The apartment was extremely well laid out, warm, immaculately clean, plentiful towels, beds were very comfy, sitting area well laid out, kitchen excellently equipped, two balconies to sit outside and admire the view. The sauna was a brilliant amenity after a day’s activities out in the cold. A very short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, ski slopes etc. Prior to our arrival the owner was very responsive to messages, notably allowing an early check in and also a late check out. Overall a wonderful location and apartment - we will be back!
