This property exceeded all my expectations! It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. But what truly made the stay fantastic was the exceptional host, Nicole. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. Nicole followed up before my arrival to ensure everything was in order and provided clear, detailed instructions on how to reach the property. There was no confusion finding the place, and Nicole was even waiting to greet me with the keys upon arrival. Nicole took the time to give me a thorough overview of the neighbourhood, highlighting great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. She also mentioned any upcoming events happening during my stay, which was a lovely touch. This helped me plan my trip and ensured I didn't miss out on anything interesting, especially Swiss national day celebration at the sport centrum. This allowed me to understand how the Swiss people celebrate together. The check-out process was just as smooth and easy as the check-in. Nicole provided clear instructions on what needed to be done, making everything stress-free. Overall, I cannot recommend this property and host enough! The place was wonderful, but the exceptional hospitality and communication from Nicole truly elevated the experience. It's clear they care about their guests and go the extra mile to ensure a fantastic stay. Highly recommend!
