The Originals Boutique, Hôtel Bulles by Forgeron, Lille Sud (Qualys-Hotel) is set in a former coaching inn, located 8 km from the centre of Lille. Hot tub after a long drive really saved the stay. The mattress was also comfy for good night sleep. Air conditioning system saved from stuffiness of the summer night and potentially smelly old carpet in the room.

I booked a family room which inc. ×1 big bed and ×2 small beds, when I arrived I was given a room with ×1 big bed & a cot. When I questioned this with staff the communication (systems) between booking.com & themselves does not match. There were no other rooms available. We had to have ×2 poor quality/comfort 'z beds'. I was also offered a part refund, this has not happened as of yet.

“Good hotel and restaurant”
Good hotel, we had a spacious room with a small kitchen, everything was new and in great condition. I can also recommend the restaurant. We did not have breakfast there, but went to a nearby bakery. Always a good idea in France.

The hotel is very cosy and clean, and the restaurant looks quite nice, though we didn't try it. The hotel staff was very polite, except for one regrettable person. I would recommend the hotel, most definitely.
