It's all new and clean, all great! Small footnote: if you arrive in the evening the car gate is closed (which is good for security). It's not clear that you can use your room code to open the gate too, some people couldn't figure that out.

No one told us in advance that the city tax can ONLY be paid by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). We arrived late in the evening from the Netherlands, tired after the long drive—around 9 p.m. When we got to the hotel, we couldn’t enter the parking lot because there was a closed barrier. To get the code to open it (and the room number), you have to leave your car on the street and go to the entrance door where there’s a self-service machine. The machine was extremely slow and there was already a queue. Almost no one spoke English. The security guard barely heard us and didn’t help much at all. To get the room number and the barrier code, you need to pay the city tax (around €5.80) at this machine. But it only accepts credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). It didn’t accept cash, and it also rejected my Dutch debit card. We were stuck outside the hotel late at night with no way to pay. Eventually, we had to press the “help” button. Luckily, a kind stranger helped us explain everything to the administrator in French, or we wouldn’t have been able to get in at all.
