“Nice hotel, excellent staff & location, let down by noise pollution in room”

Hotel staff were very friendly, attentive, and hotel location excellent for closeness to Westlake Center (for airlink access /monorail to space needle) and good selection of surrounding restaurants. Pike Place market is approx 15 mins walk from the hotel. Loved the size of room, and decor. Bed was comfortable, and there was a Large TV in room, a fridge & coffee machine (but no kettle). Bathroom a generous size (but shower not very intuitive - had to call down to reception to ask for instructions on how to turn it on!). We used the luggage store on our last day (as we had a late flight), and the hotel staff made this very easy. Hotel has a restaurant for breakfast & dinner, but we didn't use (as we found cheaper options nearby) Note: There is a lot of homelessness in Seattle, and whilst we didn't feel unsafe at any time, we were a bit wary walking around after dark (particularly around 3rd avenue) when going out for dinner.

“Perfect location and perfect staff!”

The staff was very very helpful and friendly, we needed help with our luggage and they could arrange everything, hold for us for some time early and leave the luggage in our room before the check-in. Also, they helped us rapidly with a late checkout (paid half stay) and with the parking *they offer a private parking or you can park on the street in front of the hotel). The room is very comfortable and everything was very clean. Besides, the location is perfect, close to everything (walking distance)

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel location was very central and we walked to most places. Our room was huge.

Very good location. Close to all main attractions and places of interest, specially for a first timer in the city. Hotel is boutique, new or recently refurbished, with the basic things required. Not all the toys of a 5 star hotel but what it does it does it right. People at reception were very nice and understanding as I had to request a late checkout due to my partner being sick.

Really impressed with the room decor and cleanliness didn’t notice any additional noise from outside or other rooms, addition of workout equipment and massage equipment a bonus.

The breakfast was awful, two bites and I couldn't finish. Server was slow, asked for ketchup after food was served and waited for him to return finally, he dropped off.

The view from the room was extremely bad

The room was spacious, shower was great, comfortable bed, and convenient snacks/meals located in the hotel.

Breakfast was nice, every day the same selection but broad enough to find something every day for a week. Location is close by Amazon and also walking distance from Westlake Center and public transport there. Nice and friendly staff.
