“Decadent Hotel with great location!”
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menu's were great, feel there could have been a larger variety of meals, perhaps risotto or pasta offering... however we enjoyed the meals and also the tapas plates in the Fog Room.

Although we booked a room with a KING bed, we received a room with two separate beds. According to the hotel, since the room was booked through BOOKING.COM, they are not obligated to honor the reservation unless it had been made directly through the hotel's website.

“Great location, nice rooms and facilities and great roof top views”
The roof top bar (Fog Bar) offers comforable seating inside and out, with spectacular night views of the city. The bar snacks are good value and we had excellent service on two separate visits. The rooms are a good size (we booked a deluxe king, with citiy view), great bathroom and in room facilities: robe, slippers, coffee machine etc.

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. The staff were wonderful. Unfortunately the hotel room faced a parking lot on the entire one side of the hotel. Apparently the double queen rooms face the parkade but the king rooms have outside views of the downtown. We could not open the curtains and even thought the room was beautiful it felt as though you were in a basement. . The staff were very accomodating and gave us a refund and we were able to book another hotel .. we were planning on staying for 4 nights but stayed one.

“It was fine. Not great, but ok.”
The view was facing the parkade, which was a let down and kind of depressing. The room itself was lovely if it didn't have that view of the parkade. I think it should be cheaper rate for that view. In addition to that, I heard the noise from neighbouring rooms quite easily.

“An outstanding and thoroughly enjoyable stay in your Hotel.”
We stayed 4 days and went out the first three nights but not the last as we had needed a 0600 taxi for our trip to SEATAC as we had issues with the Air Canada Online Check-in program. We went out for dinner at Askar's, Pike Place and a Trader Joe outlet well south of the Museum of Flight. The two breakfasts we had at the restaurant were great (as were the waitstaff), as were the Reception, Security, Maintenance and Taxi Management staff as we were completely out of our depth in Seattle. Every request for assistance was taken seriously and we appreciated the timely and accurate advise provided by them all.
