The accommodation looks exactly like the photos and was very clean. The floors were spotless without a single speck of dust, and I loved the subtle kitchen lighting. Since it’s located in a residential area, it was nice and quiet, and the host was very responsive to all my questions. Although downtown is to the west and the place is a bit away from it, there is a bus stop just a 2–3 minute walk away, making it a very convenient location. I had a wonderful stay!

Location was very good, several restaurants and groceries store. Neibourhood is really nice, several trees. Full kitchen, and washer and dryer in the unit. A few minutes from downtown (10 minutes driving).

I liked the apartment because it had everything I needed, clean, beautiful, quiet, it has supermarkets, restaurants nearby and the guest was super attentive with all the request messages or questions. recommended 100%

The location was central to activities on Capitol Hill. It was close to several restaurants and stores. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. It was nice of the property managers to stock cooking basics, and very nice of them to stock good coffee! It did not go unnoticed that it went beyond the basics.The full size washer and dryer were also nice things to have.

Location was great, comfortable and spacious. Washer/dryer was very useful! Kitchen well equipped too. Host was responsive to messages.

The condo is spacious, comfortbale, stylish and spotless clean. Good space for lugagge and convenient washing machine and dryer. Rooftop is great! Host was accesible by phone. He asked if we needed anything and sent a pack of coffee as requested.

There's no one on site. All communication was done via email, texts etc, Whilst that is a little inconvenient the person we dealt with was very helpful and went out of his way to ensure we were all good. The laundry washing machine and drier much appreciated.
