Service, communication, shuttle-service - all very good! Rooms are absolutely OK with good ammenities (fridge, microwave, coffee-maker); furniture is worn (no problem for me) with some new elements (e.g. chairs); beds are comfortable with clean linen. Bathroom is good as well, with hot water and good pressure, as well as some ammenities.

The location is great, close to the airport (free shuttle service provided by the hotel) and a 3-minute walk to the Link light rail station (Line 1), which connects to the city center. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Early check-in was possible, and luggage storage was free.

“A nice hotel, near the airport with good transport links to central Seattle”
This was a good, cheap hotel near the Airport. The staff were helpful, the transport links to Seattle are great and there was free parking for our hire car. And 3 double beds.

“A good, value for money hotel with good links to central Seattle (30 mins on the light rail).”
3 double beds, one for each of us. A great location 5 mins walk from the light rail station and regular trains into Seattle. Free parking when we collected a hire car.

“They didnt have a room for me.”
I made a first booking and my card was charged but I got an email from booking.com saying the card used was canceled. I followed up with a second booking with just reservation and payment at the hotel. I got there and was told I didnt have a booking and the rooms where all sold out. I had no where to sleep as a result of that. I drove 2 hours around Seattle trying to get alternate accomodation.

“Ideal 1 stop for airport”
Used the shuttle via the free phone system at the airport...also on check out day they stored our luggage till 4.30pm so we could visit the museum of flight. It's 5mins walk from ihop and 7/11 for supplies.

“Was easy and affordable. Great being near the light rail”
Location was great. Right near the light rail. 24 hour reception and courtesy bus to and from airport. Beds were extremely comfortable and great value for money Staff were friendly and helpful. Our group stayed over a number of days in a 5 week period

Very convenient for the airport and especially for the light rail into Seattle Daily room service which was great and facilities in bathroom etc were great
