Sarah made us feel at the home from a long journey from the Philippines. Taking care of little details such a providing extra towels, a USB charger-simple things but essential to make this day smooth and hassle free. I will highly recommend staying at Holiday Inn Express the next time I come over. Your staff is very commendable, Another lady also helped us with safekeeping our 12 luggages. Thanks

The airport shuttle bus service is excellent. Right after getting off, you'll find the airline check-in counters. It's more convenient than taking the light rail.

I had previously paid for the accommodation but they couldnt find the booking confirmation even with the booking confirmation number and wanted payment again. Very stressful. Our apples provided at breakfast were brown and unedible also. Not great experience. I wld not recommend after our checking in experience.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious lobby and rooms. Timely shuttle service from SeaTac airport. Excellent selection of options at breakfast, but the pancake machine was broken the day we were there, which was a bit disappointing.
