“The location was great, but the smells were not great.”
Location was good. They put us in an end of hall unit away form the elevator, but it was right next to the sky train. The waffle mix and fresh waffles were FANTASTIC!! The pillows and beds are AMAZING!!

“Nice place near the airport”
I arrived before 3PM but I could go to the room immediately. And the generous check-out time is till 12PM. The shuttle came soon after I called from the airport.

“Very comfortable”
Breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. Staff was also helpful and friendly and hotel is only a 10 min walk to the light rail network which takes you straight upto the downtown area of Seattle

“Good place to have a 24 hour rest point at a junction in long haul travel”
Used the hotel shuttle. Excellent. Very helpful staff on reception. Location ideal. Close to airport but not disturbed by planes. Room well provided, fridge, microwave. Though I didn’t use. Coffee machine. Unfortunately no kettle to boil water for tea. Have to start day with breakfast tea! Minor issue. It was available in the breakfast area. My experience was repeated at a subsequent stay at the end of my vacation. As the saying states. “It did what it said on the tin” and a bit more. Would have no hesitation in staying in a future trip.

The Shuttle service was excellent. We arrived at the airport and could call the hotel. Shuttle arrived shortly thereafter. Ideal hotel for one night stay due to proximity to airport. A great number of restaurants in close vicinity. They will even shuttle you to restaurants

“Excellent 1 stop hotel to or from airport”
Shuttle bus...would appreciated being told there is a free phone at the airport collection point to order shuttle from hotel. Breakfast was brilliant...drinks cereal waffle scramble eggs etc toast etc yogurt and fruit...room was good.
