Clean, nice spot, nice breakfast.

We only stayed one night on our way to a cruise. Free airport shuttle was quick. Room was fine and complimentary breakfast was OK. Pleasant airport hotel for one night. Nothing not to like.

Lovely room, upgraded from booking. Very comfortable, clean spacious. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice over the different areas. Didn't use the gym or pool but looked nice. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.Also a good selection of food and drink for sale in a small area of reception. Great shuttle to and from the airport.

Breakfast, though not much varieties, was simple and good. Shuttle service provided was very efficient, helpful and pleasant drivers Property was clean and laundry faciilites was good. Lift was a bit slow though.

Good location for the airport and links to the road network (Interstate 5 etc). Comfortable room and quiet. Ample free parking and free airport shuttle.

Close to the airport and provided a courtesy bus service to and from the property. Just needed to call the hotel from the airport and we were collected within 10 minutes. Free breakfast provided.

Convenient location near to the airport which is why I booked. The staff were welcoming on arrival and it was easy to organise the free shuttle with friendly driver. Super clean room and comfy bed. The breakfast was pretty good for US fare. Rooms quiet for a good nights rest.

The room was very spacious, which was helpful as we had a lot of luggage for our 17 days. Very convenient to get to public transport to go into Seattle. Enjoyed the gym facilities. Really like the walk in shower and king size bed, which made us choose CIS, as we could see the room rate was competitive and the facilities were modern.

Very close to the airport, free parking, friendly staff, free breakfast, clean room, lovely shower, comfortable bed. Everything you need for a great stay whether that's your first day in Seattle after landing, if you're transiting through Seatac or it's your final day before returning back home

“Great value for money and excellent service”

very comfortable quiet room. Great courtesy airport bus. Excellent efficient reception staff, nothing a problem, and very informative. Really good value for money. Plenty of options for eating out nearby.

“Very close to airport, light rail into Seattle and nice restaurants”

Very close to the airport and a shuttle to use when needed. Very polite staff and drivers, they also drop you off where you need to be (hire car drop off, light rail or terminal) showing you where to go . Light rail goes straight into Seattle within an hour and only $6. Hired a car and went to see The Goonies House which is only 3 hours away.

Breakfast + shuttle to airport and the room was great!

A special shout-out to Shar who was especially friendly and helpful. We were exhausted after an all night flight from Tokyo and very much appreciated how great she was!

“Deposit collection”

I had previously stayed at the hotel and I had never been charged a deposit this last time I was they charged me 250.00 dollars and they still haven’t returned it to me this charge is too much

Good location, close to the airport. Nice breakfast with a spacious dining area. Limited gym gear and a smallish indoor swimming pool. Appreciated the airport shuttle, which runs every 30min.
