A bottle of water should be complimentary, not cost $3.00. Also there should be more than one tea bag next to the coffee machine.

“Everything good, breakfast staff made it great”
Everything was great! Great stay overall, but the standout was the breakfast team, such a polite, attentive staff and especially the omelette/pancake chef, who made our mornings with fresh, customized omelettes.

I must say, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had. The bathroom was not properly cleaned — there was hair and visible stains, and no shampoo or conditioner was provided. Additionally, the floor in the hotel lobby was sticky and clearly not well maintained. Overall, the level of cleanliness did not meet basic expectations.

“Clean, Pet-friendly hotel in Scranton”
A very nice hotel in the center of Scranton. The beds were comfy. There was a park a block away for the dogs to go potty. We are fans of "The Office", so we had fun walking around town to see a few film locations and tributes to the show.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful - frontdesk,restaurant,cleaning lady. The airport pick-up and drop-off service is a big plus. Hotel is right in downtown.

“Friendly and professional”
Tyler on the front desk was exceptionally friendly on check in and the whole process was very smooth. All staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of space in the room as well.
