- great price/value ration - very well equipped kitchen (apart from salt/oil etc.) - cleanliness - spacious, cozy and comfortable - cool during hot sunny days, no AC needed - very easy parking up to 4 cars directly infront of the house - calm and quiet surroundings (far enough from the main road) - good communication and kind people - terrace with grill - dogs are welcomed
