“Amazing views”

A very nice place where you can spend nice dinners at the outside seating in front of the hosue with a wonderful view of the canyon and church. The house is fully equipped with cooking accesories, washing machine and even beach sitting/umbrella to borrow for when you go near thr sea (the only thing we were missing is a cooking knife). The bed was also very comfortable, located on second floor just above kitchen, and the room has an AC too, although we didnt use it in september, as the house has massive stone walls and it kept the temperature very good by itself. Parking was also never a problem.

We liked the location of our mini house, close to the centre of the town, a grocery store in the vicinity and free parking. After breakfast you can find nice beaches within 15 to 20 minutes and benefit in the evening from a variety of restaurants in the centre. We appreciated very much the support and reaction time of our host when we had questions.

“Cosy small house in a quite place close to the centre with hillside views”

Quite place, on the sides of a gorge-like valley, very rustic surrounded by locals, cosy inside, fully equipped with aircon/heater and nice small kitchen. Bed cosy. Shower is refurbished and modern.

We had a great stay in Scicli. Lilibeth´s house is located in a gorgeous small alley with a lovely view. Maybe because it was in October and on Monday and Tuesday but it was really calm! We much appreciated that. We spent quite some time at home, sitting outside enjoying a cup of coffee, lunch and aperitivo´s. The house is pretty nicely decorated inside and the double room is large and beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but well equipped! We appreciated to have 2 bathrooms. One of them even had a washing machine. That was very practical. We also liked the fact that Scicli is pretty small so everything is easily accessible by foot. One thing you should not miss during a stay at Scicli is the ice-cream at NIVERA. It was the best we had during our holidays!! And the place is pretty cute and on the most beautiful square in town. In the evening the city is nicely lit and very suitable for a romantic stroll.

“Perfect stay”

Everything was fantastic. We thought long and hard about where in the region to stay and we were so glad that we chose Scicli over Ragusa or Modica. The view from the apartment was amazing, some of the best in the town. Check in and out was easy. The apartment itself was very lovely and a little quirky. I appreciated the espresso machine provided which I enjoyed on the outside seating area in the afternoon. parking was close and very easy to get a spot. The town itself is fantastic with lovely views, lots to see. We particularly enjoyed walking up to the abandoned church (Di Matteo) and further or up to the old monastery, for excellent views over the town and the valley. If you are wondering whether to stay in Scicli, Ragusa or Modica then choose Scicli…and then choose to stay at Lilibeth House!!
