We arrived at the hotel at the time the hotel had acknowledged we would arrive to find it closed with nobody present. Phone calls and messages via the booking app have still not had any response.

Brilliant location just outside the city centre and closer to the castles. Very clean and tidy room. Happy, friendly staff.

Best breakfast so far as we travelled around Germany and Austria. A good selection . Friendly helpful staff. Visited the castle - Neuschwanstein bus stop outside the hotel. Also a nice walk into town.

Delighted with facilities and staff. Breakfast delicious and plenty available. Chatted to 2 of staff at breakfast, and they were east to talk to about travel and shared experiences. Hired bikes in Schwangau and great way to get around Fussen and Schwangau. Bus transport also good.

“Everything was as we expected. We really enjoyed the breakfast area with some kind of privacy.”
Location and staff were superb. We had a balcony in our room so we could have our coffee with the mountain view which we enjpyed a lot.
