“High-quality, comfortable, clean, quiet apartment for families”

The apartment is clean and quiet. Its building is recent and of high quality. It is spacious, well built and equiped with fine furniture. It is secured and accessible: it has free parking places and a charging station for electric cars. It is ideally located: Schwangau’s restaurants, pharmacy, grocery stores, lake and thermal bath are at walking distance. When walking around we have a splendid view of the mountains and the famous castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. We can’t bear nearer to the Königliche Kristall-Therme: on the other side of the apartment’s backyard fence is the parking lot of the thermal bath center! The apartment has a covered terrace and a lawn.

“Loved our stay here”

We stayed 4 nights and loved this apartment. The location was excellent, right at the entrance of the town and waking distance to the info centre and restaurants, as well as the thermal baths and bike paths. You have views of the castle from the balcony. It was nice and roomy, very clean and well stocked. Great to have a washing machine and drier in the building. Free parking right outside the building. Easy communication with the host.

The apartment was beautiful, the kitchen was very well equipped. Very close to all attractions but still in a quiet environment. The kids were happy with the Nintendo :)

“Perfect stay in a great location”

The apartment matched the photos and description perfectly: very spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. A bit more tableware would’ve been handy, but everything else was spot on. Great location too: close to Füssen, right by the royal castles, and at the foot of the Alps. We stayed five nights with our two kids, who loved it just as much as we did. So much to do in the area – we honestly ran out of time! The host was also easily reachable by phone, which made everything even smoother.

“A Perfect Stay in a Beautiful and Peaceful Apartment”

We had a wonderful stay in this superb apartment, which is very well located in a quiet area. The apartment is modern, extremely clean, and well maintained. The living space is spacious and perfectly suited for six people. Everything we needed was available, and the layout of the furniture is very well thought out. It was a very pleasant stay — we absolutely loved it, and the kids were thrilled as well. We also really appreciated the parking spaces and the option to charge an electric vehicle at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend this place!

First impression was simply WOW. Nice and attractive location, very nice and very well equipped apartment. We enjoyed our holiday a lot!

The apartment is modern and perfectly equipped. The location is great: 5 minutes by car from Neuschwanstein and supermarkets. To be honest, it's better than I expected looking at the photos. It has 2 terraces, one of them with views of Neuschwanstein. The beds and pillows are comfortable.

Very clean and well located, close to local highlights, supermarkets, and the town. Excellent facilities, with activities for the children. Great to have laundry facilities, and easy parking.

The apartment was really spacious and beautifully clean. Very nice kitchen and dining area, kitchen appliances all Miele Beds were very comfortable. Easy access to the apartment with door code. We also liked that you could walk to the supermarket and local restaurants in Schwangau. Also within walking distance was the lake. Lots of lovely places to visit within about a 10 minute drive of the property. Would highly recommend and most definitely love to return.

Everything was perfect, exceeded expectations. Spacious, cozy, spotless clean rooms. Easy access by code, plenty of parking spots. Beautiful view over Neuschwanstein Castle and Alps.
