You will not be priority for this hotel if you are individual guests. It was quite deceiving how they phrase the description of the room. The room we booked was with a lake view, but actually it was facing a parking lot and a road and across the road is a club and in between the trees there is an extremely small bit of lake if you focus enough you might be able to see (see photo). And you basically can't even keep the curtains open because of the people and cars on the road. When confronted the staff, their explanation was "Lake view means the lake side of the building". Another misleading thing with the hotel description is that all the photos shown are actually all the main building by the lake, but after checking in they tell you the room is at another location and you are not even allowed to use the garden and enjoy the lake because they are hosting an event. The room is not refundable so even if they inform you about the event beforehand, there's nothing you can do about it. It really messed up our plans and left a very bad impression. The building we were placed in was very new, but there was a very strange smell both in the hallway and in the bathroom. The room was standard, but we were surprised they are still giving small plastic disposable bottles of toiletries. Lastly they really push for you to purchase their breakfast for 20 Eur per person, but the checkout time is 10 am, it send like the guests are expected to accommodate the staff schedule instead of the other way around.

Wonderful located, very clean and modern. Exceptional staff. Maisonette offers two levels for living whith two TVs. Surprise.

The location was perfect and the price was reasonable. We had a lovely two day break here.

“The little weekend paradise”

I am positively surprised with the Café Wildau Hotel & Restaurant. What I characterize as the best topic was the friendliness of all the staff; all of them were simply nice and thoughtful. Secondly, I loved the location, the best view and landscape I could have. The accommodation of the room was simply perfect, it was big enough, also the bathroom with a shower and bathtub, with WIFI, TV, sofa, etc. The bathroom was well equipped, with a hairdryer, body lotion, hair shampoos, towels, etc. The room was also exceptionally clean, which is particularly important. They also have protection against insects in every window. The environment was amazing, and the food was good. The breakfast was even better and complete with many different options. They also have alternatives in case of allergies or food intolerances. Animals are allowed and they have a huge space and garden for them to play. The Hotel also has a Sauna that you can use if you make a reservation. You can also swim in the lake; it is very calm and clean. The price of the Hotel considering all these positive aspects was good.

Great Location.

The location is super! So quiet at the lake side. Around the area there are lots hiking trails with beautiful lake views. The room is tip top decorated. Food was delicious.
