A spacious apartment with three large rooms, kitchen and bathroom, modest standard. Situated on the top floor in a building on Markt Platz close to the river Elbe. The apartment and the stairwell seem to be from the early nineties or eighties and in need of renovation although nothing is broken or not functioning. The apartment may be used as an office or similar, and is functional but not very cozy. Fast and nice replies from the owner/landlord on our questions.
