Overview
This traditional hotel enjoys a central location between Berchtesgaden and Lake Königssee. It offers a daily breakfast, free parking as well as free WiFi in the entire hotel. Sporthotel Schönau am Königssee boasts rooms with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Most include a balcony. The hotel was named Oskar Stoll, a famous ski jumper from the 1930s. The hotel name refers to this historic tradition rather than to any sports facilities. Spacious lounge areas, a breakfast room with tiled stove, a cosy hotel bar and a sports pub with open fireplace invite you to relax. During good weather you can enjoy coffee and delicious cakes on the terrace. The scenic area offers countless opportunities for hiking and winter sports. Watzmann-Therme water park is a 5-minute drive away. Berchtesgaden Train Station is only 2 km from Sporthotel Schönau am Königssee while Lake Königssee is only 3 km away. Guests paying the local city tax can use local buses for free, public parking for half price and also get discounts at sightseeing attractions.

Property location is facinating. I saw many negative comments but after came here i was wondered. This place is really good. Reception also frindly to me. And all the things are clean. Breakfast table is amaizing. This is better for this price. I got no 17 room in 2nd floor with Alphs mountain view. Wonderful hotel experince
