Overview
The magnificent location of the newly built cultivated guest house Egglerlehen at the footpath to the lake Koenigssee is the perfect initial point for hikes. The house is in family property since generations.

“Memorable location, very helpful owner.”
Breakfast selection was really good. The atmosphere was perfect, relaxed, informative and very helpful. The room was spacious with a balcony looking out on the view of the spectacular mountains. The Eagle's Nest can be seen at the top of the mountain. The swimming pool was such a bonus as it was really hot during our visit. All in all I would have no hesitation recommending this place. All I need is an excuse to get back to one of the most beautiful locations I have ever been to and when I do, it will be back to stay here.
