Just a 5-minute drive from Lake Königssee, this family-run guest house in Schönau offers country-style rooms, daily breakfast, and easy access to local hiking routes. The Gästehaus Stöckl has spacious rooms with light wooden furniture and a satellite TV. The rooms come with either a private or shared bathroom. A guest-kitchen is there for all those who wish to prepare their own meals. Guests are also welcome to relax in the garden with sunbathing area. The guest house provides free TV viewing in the common entertainment room. Gästehaus Stöckl is a great base for exploring the scenic mountains in the Berchtesgaden area.

The room was good for staying a few nigts. Nice to have a breakfast included (very delicios). Carina -the owner of the house- is very friendly and gave a useful tips for our day trips. Also we were allowed to use kitchen (fridge, microwave, utensils) to make dinnner and snacks. The house is in a good location - close to the bus station. Thank you Carina for welcoming stay in your place! Everything was great!

Carina (the host) was very, very friendly and helpful. She gave a lot of really good advice for the hiking routes, which we otherwise would not have found. She also saved us when we didn't have any bread for dinner. :D
