This guest house is situated in the heart of Schönau am Königsee in the Bavarian Alps, 3 km from Lake Königssee and 4 km from Berchtesgaden. “Idyllic stay in the Bavarian countryside”
I loved loved loved this Gästehaus. The family is incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they leave you to yourself unless you need something. The room was apartment style with a kitchenette and bathroom, a couch, a double bed, huge closet and a tv. The room was very clean and had a fantastic mountain view and two terraces. Just a minute away there is a bus stop and a bakery and the family owned restaurant, so it was an incredibly convenient location. And on my last day Frau Graßl was kind enough to drive me to the train station. Thank you for the great stay and looking forward to visiting again!
