everything was perfect! The whole house and yard is fantastically decorated, with great details. The hostess took care of everything as well as her guests. I felt like I was at a friend's place. You have everything you need for an idyllic stay.. the nature and surroundings leave you breathless! All recommendations!

“A great stay in a great area”
An exceptional, comfortable, tastefully furnished apartment with modern amenities in a wonderful location. The host Kathrin is very thoughtful and very helpful. The area also offers free bus passes for guests staying here which is a very convenient way of getting to all main attractions.

“Wonderful”
We have just returned home after our stay at the most magical accommodation. We can not praise our host Kathryn enough for her kindness and hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to meet our every need. The apartment was top quality, spotless, comfortable and although modern was very homely. The apartment was about 5 minutes from the bus stop and we were shown how to download the free Guest Travel Tickets. The top attractions to visit were all very close by and Kathryn’s knowledge of these places was invaluable. After an enjoyable day out we came home to an our beautiful and tranquil garden for a rest and welcome cup of tea. We can not think of one thing we would have changed at the accommodation and we highly recommend this holiday home

We had a wonderful vacation and stayed in an apartment hosted by a lovely family. The property is located in a very picturesque area surrounded by mountains. It’s a peaceful and scenic place — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They helped us get oriented in the area and gave us great tips on where everything is located. The apartment itself was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully renovated. It had everything we needed for daily living — and even more! The most touching moment was on my birthday — the hosts surprised me with a sweet treat! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay truly special. This was a truly unforgettable experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

The apartment is located in a very accessible place for mountain hikes to Ramsau or hiking to Koenigsee. The bus stop is very close. By bus, which is free with the guest card, you can get directly to Koenigsee or Bertechsgaden in 10 - 15 minutes. The apartment is very spacious, very clean and well-kept and very well equipped with everything. The owner is very nice and helpful. She explained us everything. We have very nice moments of our stay.

A.superb apartment located in a location with an amazing view! It has everything you need for a complete vacation, great furnishings, close to the lake! And the hosts are extremely kind and ready to help in every way!!!
