Overview
This 100% vegetarian guest house consciously without WiFi access is located in the famous Schönau am Königssee, just 2.5 km from Lake Königssee. Set amidst the Berchtesgaden Mountains, guests at Bio & Vegi Pension Krennleiten can relax on the sunny terrace or in the quiet garden. The allergy-friendly, simply furnished rooms all include bedding with natural fibres, and views of the mountains or garden. All rooms also feature a balcony or terrace. An organic breakfast buffet is provided free of charge every morning at the guest house, and options for vegans are also provided. A bakery and various restaurants are found within a 5-minute walk. Designed as a peaceful retreat, the rooms at Bio & Vegi Pension Krennleiten do not include a TV. Guests are welcome to use the shared TV room, or read a book from the guest house library. The nearby Gruenstein Lift is only 1.2 km away and the Jenner Mountain can be reached in less than 2 km. Free parking is available on site.

“Beautiful scenery, amazing host and simply an unforgettable stay!”
Breakfast was always amazing and I loved the printed note for the morning about the weather and daily inspiration. The house is beautifully decorated and has a lot of character! I felt very relaxed and at home and Sabine is so kind and friendly and happy to help with questions. I would definitely stay here again - highly recommended!

“Quiet place near the nature”
The place is near the mountains and the nature, so you can relax without any street noises and enjoy the sound of birds. No WiFi = more self discovery and nature. :) Sabine has natural hospitality and she has this pure energy in her, which you can't really forget so easily. “Excellent in every way”
Everything about this stay was perfect. This was a one of a kind experience. The location is perfect, with great walks and all the sights very accessible. The hotel has amazing views due to it being slightly up from the road. The views of the mountains and the nice town. The breakfast was a great experience and had nice personal touches from an owner who cares about serving healthy and interesting food. The highlight was the daily tea and the mini smoothies. Its the way breakfast should be done. We had the breakfast on the balcony some mornings, with a great view. The owner was so caring and informative. Thanks

Sabine is really nice. The breakfast is sooooo tasty, especially the bread, and you have multiple choice for the Brotaufstrich. The view outside of the balkony is wonderful and the bed is really comfortable. We enjoyed two night here and really want to back here again!
