Overview
This family-run guest house offers traditional Bavarian accommodation and breakfast in the scenic countryside just outside Schönau am Königssee. Salzburg is 30 kilometres away. The rooms, apartments and holiday homes of the Appartements Hochödlehen offer a terrace or balcony with great mountain views. Guests are welcome to use the Hochödlehen's sauna. The self-catering apartments and holiday homes come with a fully equipped kitchen, but you are welcome to book breakfast in the main building if you wish. The Appartements Hochödlehen makes an ideal base for hiking, mountain climbing, skiing and biking excursions.

“Amazing stay in picturesque Berchtesgaden”
Great stay just outside Berchtesgaden. We had 2 nights here in May 2024, it’s a perfect location set on a hill with amazing views of the alps only 5 minutes outside Berchtesgaden. The rooms are all newly renovated and very comfortable.

The owner is super friendly and kind. The breakfast is great. We stayed in apartment equipped with kitchen. We have fridge, microwave, plates and bowls, coffee machine, a dining table, 2 sofas. There’s a balcony outside the room and the mountain view is stunning.

Everything was perfect. The best was amazing breakfast outside with mountain view. The host is very nice! We would come again :)
