“A Very Nice Stay in a Beautiful Setting”
We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The house is beautifully decorated, very clean, and surrounded by nature, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. A few details may be helpful for future guests. The entrance to the accommodation is through the restaurant, so there is no separate private entrance. This might matter to some people, but it was not an issue for us. There are also a few steps leading to the apartment, which may make access difficult for guests with mobility problems or those using a wheelchair. The mattress is quite soft. Guests who prefer a firm bed might find it less comfortable. For my husband and me it was not a problem, as we are used to sleeping on both soft and firm mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped for simple meals or snacks, and the overall space is pleasant and well cared for. We did not use the terrace because it was winter, but we enjoyed the beautiful view through the large balcony door. Despite some comments mentioning noise, we did not experience any disturbance during our stay. The owners were extremely welcoming and hospitable, and we would happily return in the future.

“Wonderful stay in a gorgeous apartment”
We had a wonderful stay again, the apartment is the perfect location for exploring, it has everything you need, full kitchen, lots of extras, tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, the hosts are lovely and welcoming, the food in the restaurant is exceptional, we had the best time going to Christmas markets in Maastricht and Valkenburg, and it was lovely to come back to the apartment to relax, and a whirlpool bath! Looking forward to our next visit, so thank you again 😊

“catastrophic and the worst experience so far”
If you wanna get poisoned in their dirty rooms, have noise from the nearby highway and have trouble by getting threatened and insulted by the owner Kelly with his big dog - You´re exactly in the right place for having a bad time for a high price. Pictures speak for themselves.

“Warm and welcoming”
Beautiful apartment with cute personal touches. It had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and welcoming. It’s located within walking distance from the train station. The apartment is behind the restaurant but there is still 100% privacy and no noise from the restaurant.

“perfect relaxing break”
it was perfectly located for what we wanted, easy to find and lovely surroundings, we were met and showed to the apartment which was big and spacious, full kitchen facilities and full fridge freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, the bedroom was light and airy and the bathroom was immaculate, loved the separate loo as well. we only stayed for 2 nights but have already decided to return for a longer break, thanks to the staff for the warm welcome

“Great!”
Beautiful and comfortable apartment with all the amenities. Friendly host Kelly who was waiting for us upon late arrival from Luxembourg and showed everything about the flat. Accommodation is in a beautiful natural setting next to lake with trails. We has great stay. From here you can explore Maastricht, Tongeren and Aachen, strategic location. I recommend!

“Perfect for a quiet break”
Great location next to a pond with some nice walks in the area. Very quiet. Nice apartment. Door is opened via an app - no having to carry an extra key. Really friendly host. Kitchen has everything you need. Would be even better in the summer!
