“tent is broken so we couldn’t stay, owner kept all our money for 3 nights. Theif”
Impossible to close the tent door due to missing zipper. They have tried to fix with Velcro which doesn’t work or even reach, so they tried to cover the gaping hole with an old curtain, which doesn’t cover the gap. 4 men live in this property and whoever walks past this garden tent can see right into the bedroom where guests get changed and sleep. No protection from rain, wind and insects. No privacy or feelings of safety. I asked the housekeeper for help but he told me “you’ll be fine”, no offer of another room or any solution. Had to leave due to feeling very uncomfortable. We were only on-site for about 3 hours and did not use the room for anything other than storing our bags while we had dinner. Owner refused any refund, mocked my reasons for leaving and became very nasty, although I was always polite. We prepaid 3 nights and owner took all of our money.
