Great location, nice room, helpful staff. Parking close by. Character aircon worked! Not always true in Italy. Easy access to Scarperia restaurants and attractions.

“A happy and enjoyable experience”
I really liked our room, very spacious and lovely view. Bathroom very nice, my only issue was getting into the shower, it was in the bath and was not that easy getting in and out but was happy with shower once in Breakfast really nice

“A very comfortable stay for our family of 5”
Breakfast was lovely-meats, cheese, bread, cereal, croissants, fresh squeezed juice, cappuccinos made to order. My kids loved the cases of model race cars as well as the playground across the street. We walked into Scarperia and had scenic drives over to Pisa and Florence while we visited the area.

“Great location & breakfast, close to Racetrack”
Beautiful building in a great location very close to the Racetrack, walking distance to the town center and good restaurants around. Comfy rooms, great breakfast and coffee, very friendly staff, lots of parking.

“Great hotel to stay during racetrack visit.”
Good breakfast with fresh orange juice and even better staff. Check-in was super easy, rooms are clean and very nice. Cozy outdoor area and good restaurants close by. Was a fantastic place to stay while on the racetrack.

nice, calm place still close to some shops restaurants and castle . the building is rural and beautiful, the room was stylish , good bed and proper mattress! very kind service , the reception lady even helped me to find and book a dinner , the breakfast is simple but nice . driving to Florence took around 40 minutes

The house is located on a quiet street in walking distance of town. Excellent location. The breakfast is freshly made with good coffee.

Great location. The staff was great! We had ground floor room with access to terrace and plenty of space for our dogs to run around. The staff even played with our dogs!

The host is super kind and flexible! We booked just 1h before our late check-in and he immediately found a solution for us even if he was at his birthday party :) super smooth experience. As a petrol head I appreciated very much waking up with the roar of sportscar engine running at Mugello! I also enjoyed the lovely chat about formula 1 with the dad’s host in the morning after breakfast.
