We had a wonderful stay at this chalet apartment in the mountains of Montenegro. Everything was excellent—the apartment was comfortable, clean, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The owner was incredibly friendly and kind. Although they did not speak much English, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Amazing hosts and location with a stunning view. The food is excellent. The little huts have a bathroom which doubles as a shower, which is quite common in such locations.

Beautiful location. Waking up with a view of the mountains was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed having an affordable home cooked breakfast in the sun on the terrace in the morning. We arrived late in the evening and the host cooked a delicious soup for us. We felt very at home and the cabin was so cosy.

We enjoyed our stay at Etno selo Šapat. Nature is amazing. Place is clean, beds are comfortable. Hosts are wonderful. We liked chatting with them and food that they prepare in their restaurant is very delicious. Higly recommend.

The views, the kindness of the family, the surrounding nature, the homemade food. We felt part of the family and ended up extending our stay. They even gifted us a little painting of our dog which made our stay very special. We would 100% stay again!

The owners were really nice, they even gave us fruits from their trees. The beds were comfortable and the views were fantastic.

We had a great stay, thanks for all the nice conversations and for making us feel at home. The food is really good. The location is exceptional, quiet, great view.

A lovely chalet that slept a family of four in comfort and peace. Beautiful surroundings in the countryside and mountains with superb views

We planned to stay for a night but the place and the owner was the reason to decide to stay for one more night. We had a really amazing experience with traditional food,friendly people who made us feel like living in our house!

We was there with Motorcycle . Everything was perfect and clean ! Durmitor is only 50min , ostrog in 50 min. Ideal camp for motorbiker. For some days to look around and come back here every day . Bed is comfortable . The owners are very kind people . There is even a bar ... You can buy some beer or some wine or soft drink coffee ect. And I think they cook for the guests ... If needed . Somebody wrote in an old comment"" the way to sapat is bad"" that is not true! 90%from the way is covered with asphalt and the only the least 300m isnt but is rideable !! Even with car or motorbike .

In the heart of the mountains, this little escape was probably one of our highlights as we never expected to discover such a warm family and hidden gem. Jovanna was very helpful and her family were incredibly kind (offered delicious food!). We will be back!

Extremely hospitable and generous, great food, amazing location

It was such a perfect stay! The host is really kind and available. The chalet is adorable. New and perfectly clean and the place itself is so peaceful, with an incredible mountain view. Highly recommend, we will definitely stay there again.

“Definitely a Favorite”

One of my favorite places I've ever stayed. It is a beautiful family run bed and breakfast. You have to drive a ways down a dirt two-track to reach it, but my 2wd van handled it just fine and the surrounding mountain views we were rewarded with were spectacular. The family is very accommodating and they prepared all meals that we ate on the property for an extremely affordable price. Since we were off the beaten trail a bit, having them handle meals was great. The family is delightful and the property is remarkably peaceful. I hope we make it back for another visit!

The Sapat is a family business with the young girl that speaks well english. The atmosphere is great, the place cozy and the food very lovely and well prepared. I really recommend to spend time here and get to know the Sapat family :)
