“Outstanding, particularly the staff.”
The staff were outstanding, friendly, efficient and welcoming. Cannot think of anything but praise. THe menu for dinner was superb, creative and beautifully cooked. Good wines as well.

The hotel is located near a lake with excellent walks for dogs . We had our evening meal in the restaurant and it was exceptional, probably the best on our 4 week tour of France.

“A good stopover.”
The location was right for us (travelling from Roscoff to the Vendee on a busy Saturday we wanted a stopover close to Nantes with a restaurant and easy parking.). It was quiet, pleasant being near the lake. We enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast was also very good. The bed was comfortable; we were grateful for the electric fan provided. Staff excellent.

“Joyful overnight stay.”
The warmth and humour of the staff who appeared to genuinely enjoy their jobs. We had an opportunity to eat outside on the terrace. Good choice of menu. View over the lake.

The location, near the lake, is lovely. We had a nice walk around it at dusk and it was very nice! The staff was very kind and helpful. Michelle in particular was fantastic, very patient and supportive! And he speaks a great English, which in our experience over the past few days is not common in turist accomodations in France... Thanks a lot!
