Food menu is fantastic. Beautiful coffee. Fabulous river view. Very peaceful and quiet outside. Really relaxing place.

The place has a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful riverside view and stunning sunsets overlooking Thailand. It also offers a nice combination of café and dining space, which is very convenient. Considering the local living standards, the overall quality is quite good.

This is a really lovely place to stay. Beautiful location right by the mighty Mekong. The cafe/ restaurant is open all day and serves great food, coffee and drinks. Our room was fabulous - spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned every day. Highly recommend.

The location by the Mekong River is excellent, with the restaurant terrace riverside, offering a great place to eat, drink and relax looking over the shimmering river over to Mukdahan, Thailand The restaurant food and service also very good, and reasonably priced. The rooms are adequately equipped, and clear with daily room service as required.

Very comfortable bed with bedside lights and tables! Location on the Mekong superb with huge terrace overlooking the river. Ideal sunset spot! Easy and cheap motorbike hire from Joe. Great view of Mekong from room. Joe very helpful organising our taxi to bus station.

“Wish we could have stayed longer.”

We had a fabulous two nights at this inn. The room was really comfortable and clean with good AC, a comfy bed, fridge, safe, coffee making facilities .... it has everything you need for a short or long stay. We would have loved to stay longer as it had a really lovely vibe to it. It was the perfect setting by the river with plenty of outdoor as well as indoor seating to chill and also only a short walk away from town. The owner and staff were excellent and really looked after us during our stay. The food here is excellent and cooked to order with a huge variety to choose from and generous portions. It was the perfect stay and we would highly recommend you stay here if you’re in this area. It is extremely good value for money.

“Down by the river”

Amazing place for Lao Pilgrims, border runners, culture vultures and ramblers. It's homey, comfortable and so laid back. Superb food - Indian, Mexican, Western and local. Eat on the wooden terrace right next to the Mekong or in air-conditioned comfort. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful The best coffee I have had in a long time. Oh, so comfortable and relaxing by the river.

Amazing place on the bank of Mekong river, beautifull terace for relaxing or having delicious meal, very kind people and kind and very well english speaking owner. Don't forget to taste and buy their tasty coffee. In my opinion the best place where to stay in Savannakhet.

Everything was awesome! I cannot believe this place exists in sleepy Savannakhet! Great location right above the river, easy walk from the bus station, nice restaurant/cafe on site, clean rooms with all the amenities you may need, strong Wi-Fi. And my personal most favourite thing: you can pay by card! Right next to the hotel there is a small park, where there was a live concert and stall selling food and beer, I am not sure if this happens all the time or I was lucky, but it was a very nice addition and I enjoyed spending time there.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. There were many options for good coffee. The food was great, with a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating area for eating and drinking, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here. In the evening there is a nice view over the river for sunset. Good aircon in the room and the beds are large and comfortable.
