“Wonderful place to stay! Five stars!”

Absolutely wonderful stay! and such a relaxing time! We loved everything, our room which was nice, comfortable, fresh and very clean! Lovely and helpful owner which gave us enough space and privacy, but also when we needed anything very helpful. I really liked that way which gave me so much of my own space, but at the same time security. Our room was clean every day in the morning. I like the fact that in the room temperature was always as I wanted and especially during the winter time! It was just like being at my home as I personally like very warm, but also there was the option to change the settings. There are a proper heating radiators:) Also there is lovely relaxing area with chimney or fireplace if you like, and wonderful handmade liqueurs to help yourself while relaxing, and lovely chocolates! The breakfast is five stars too in such a details! Hand made everything and beautiful served! Personally, I prefer not as sweet breakfast, but honestly it was delicious and straight from the heart which made it so wonderful! I wish to be able to visit this place and this fantastic area for skiing hopefully soon. I just want to stay thank you to all the ladies for a wonderful memory and relaxing stay.

We stayed in wonderful apartments and were left with only the warmest impressions. The owner of the apartments, Sirena, turned out to be an incredibly kind and helpful person. We had a problem during our stay, and she did not hesitate for a moment to offer her help — for this, we would like to express our special and heartfelt gratitude. The breakfasts at the hotel are simply amazing, and the staff are very friendly and attentive, always ready to help and create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home. We loved everything — our stay was absolutely perfect. We will definitely come back again. Huge thanks to the owner of the apartments for her kindness, care, and hospitality!

This was our second time staying here, it’s in a great location especially if driving between Italy and France. It’s a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. The breakfast is very special.

Beautiful, quiet location. Pretty with lots of flowers outside and very attractive communal areas. Lovely staff, comfortable room with the bonus of tea and coffee making facilities and quite simply one of the best breakfasts we've ever had in a continental b&b, everything homemade and everything delicious! We loved Granuit, only wish we'd been staying for longer.

Perfect boutique hotel in the mountains. Serena ( the owner) made us breakfast with homemade jams and homemade juices and eggs from her hens and it was just so wholesome! The rooms are spacious, warm and come with a lovely balcony facing the mountains! Will come back for sure!

A house with a beautiful interior design , comfortable rooms, very clean and great smell everywhere, excellent breakfast and most of all great service. We had a problem with our car and Serena made everything possible to help us and make our stay pleasant. Highly recommended !! Enjoy

Our stay was extraordinary. The food was amazing and the People working there nice and welcoming. It is 12 minutes ride to Sestrière and 20 to Montegreve in France. Really good location to ski in the whole region. Whole place has wonderfull climate and is very clean.

You can feel that the owners are doing it with their heart and soul. Room was clean, staff friendly and professional and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. As a small example, we asked owners about the skiing conditions and they took the time and initiative to call every information centre in the area for the most up to date data. Also I have to mention that breakfast is amazing 👍🏻

First of all, the facility is fantastic. Cozy and warm old fashioned farm house, yet modern equipment combined with vintage style furniture. The staff is above any expectations. Not only friend, but incredibly helpful. I have felt almost like at home there. Breakfasts are top notch. Home style food made preferably from local ingredients, fresh juice, cheese from local farm, the same for the eggs. This place is also outstandingly clean. You will also love the countryside environment and nature around. Sestriere is right above, yet too far for any noises. Highly recommend!

“Probably the best B&B we have ever been to”

Everything in this B&B (building and food) is top quality has been done with good taste. The owners are extremely helpful, to give an example, when I asked if there was a place in the neighbourhood that could fix the flat tyre of our car, they just sorted everything out themselves and the tyre was repaired on the spot. At the same time, they are also very respectful of the privacy of the guests.

Everything was nice: room, ambiance, breakfast (tasty, homemade, super fresh, top!!) and welcoming drinks (also homemade). I’ve stayed at many places but this one really with a touch of details.
