Overview
Located in Sautens, situated between 7 ski resorts, this traditional alpine-style residence has apartments with a balcony with mountain views and private bathrooms with a Finnish, bio and Sole sauna. Each apartment at the Resort Alt-Ötztal offers free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities. It also has a seating area with flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Our breakfast buffet consists exclusively of regional and homemade products. A free ski-bus is located directly in front of the residence, which will take guests to the Hochötz ski resort, and the Cross country skiing, which is 20 minutes away. Canoeing, rafting, high rope garden and night tobogganing are a 5-minute walk away.

“Diamond in a heart of Alps”
Beautiful and spacious apartment, located I a heart of Alp. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen really well equipped. Infra-red sauna was right there, which is great addition, especially if you had active skiing/snowboarding/hiking day. It was super nice to receive delicious welcome gift on arrival. We had amazing time there!

“Perfect getaway - sad to leave!”
Quaint little village, where everyone seemed friendly. A mixture of old, traditional Austria amongst some new architecture and 'mod cons'. The self contained apartment was immaculate, carefully laid out with nice additional touches such as welcome gifts, fully functioning kitchen and even a list of all the wonderful local events that were on during our stay (unfortunately we had already focussed on skiing in Hochoetz to fully exploit this). We did take a hike up through the nearby woods to the large lake (suitable for ice skating in winter or swimming in summer) and also followed the river walk into Oetz. The property is near to a take away/ restaurant and also has a shop nearby to stock up for self cater option. The breakfast looked wonderful, however we were again never organised enough to take advantage of this either! There was ample parking, no problem with a VW van. Added bonus: the Physio Therm indoor equivalent of a personal sauna using infrared light. Perfect for relaxing and easing some niggles after trying to learn to ski!

“Comfortable stay in Sautens”
Clean and big bedroom and a super spacious bathroom. Friendly hosts and quiet area. Not far from the bus stop and supermarket. Great for a winter holiday and I’d imagine for a summer one too!

It was absolutely perfect. Beautiful room. The sauna in the room was perfect after a day up in the slopes. I can't recommend this place enough!
