These apartments are located in quiet surroundings in the Tyrolean Ötztal valley, 3 km from the centre of Sautens and 4.9 km from the Hochötz Ski Area. The Pibuerger See - swimming lake is reachable in 15 min and a private lake in 2 min. Each of the Ferienwohnungen Ötztal has balcony or a terrace. Most of the units have a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Fresh bread rolls can be provided on request every morning. In summer, you can enjoy barbecues in scenic green surroundings... The village of Ötz is 6 km away and the Aquadome spa in Längenfeld is 15 km away. Free private parking is possible on site. In winter, a free ski bus is offered to guests. The Ötztal-Ferienwohnungen are an ideal base for mountain biking and hiking trips.

“This place is pure soul food”
We had great expectations but the reality was MUCH BETTER! Spotlessly clean, well furnished with thoughfull details, amazing host family. the garden with the biotop was a dream.
