The place is decently priced and best placed if you are on you way to to lysebotn ..the host is very friendly ..the place and the room felt like home Very comfortable and cozy.the pace has a setup outside you can bring your own food and drinks and the host also serves food and drinks. Spar and shell is right across the streets for your needs.

“Super friendly atmosphere and lovely place”
I arrived to Sauland on a bicycle trekking tour late after the supermarket and restaurant were aready closed. The property owner was super friendly and prepared me a lovely night snack/dinner tray after hearing about my 180 km ride without break for making it to Sauland before night. I highly recommend this lovely property!

We were traveling in April which is not high season therefore there were only two guests including us. That means the stay was peaceful, the hosts were really friendly and helpful. All in all it was a pleasant stay. It is a perfect place for one night stays (or longer) as it is just on the roadside.

The couple who own the place are very nice people, so helpful. The location is good, there are a couple of walks around in the forest. The room is nice, and the beds are very comfortable.

The location was good, as we were going to Gaustatoppen. The bed was comfortable and clean and the owners were really nice. Good value for one night.

“Lovely guesthouse!”
one of the best acommodations I stayed. The host was super friendly and helpful. My single room with its own bathroom was just perfect: clean, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen(s) for common use was/were very well equipped, had everything someone could need and more, and it was nicely clean, so I loved it. If I should be around, I would definitely book here again!!!

Comfortable room and great, spacious and sunny terrace. Convienent and complete shared kitchen area. Very quiet environment, yet close to supermarket. Nice breakfast. Also sells furniture :)
