“We book 2 nights, but on arrival were told we could only stay one - we didn't stay”
After driving 6 hours we arrived to the place to find such a surprise: Despite the reservation was for 2 nights, we could only stay one! Because next day they had some group coming. Instead of enjoying the village, we waisted the rest of the evening looking for a place to stay, we didn't stay here

“Great Mountain Getaway with Friendly Staff”
The location is excellent, surrounded by beautiful mountains and scenic views. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The weather in June was perfect—cool and pleasant. We especially enjoyed the morning hike into the nearby mountains with a refreshing breeze throughout.

“Not worth the price”

“Excellent Stay at Saty !!”
We were in transit from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan. This property is one of best in Saty. Excellent location as well. We had to visit Kaindy lake before we proceed to border, and the Hotel Mngmnt helped us get a 4x4 at good rates. The Hotel Mngmnt was warm and hospitable. We did not feel out of place even when language is a big challenge in these parts! We were given good vegetarian options and the Mngmnt went out of way to get us fruits, local bread etc. We also had a campfire the night we stayed!!

“A good place to stay if not for the noise from next door.”
Outside the room is smell of the chicken barn. One of the room nearer the road could smell the chicken barn. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable, no smell of chicken barn. Room is spacious. Breakfast was egg, Salami, cheese, bread, biscuits and sweets. Tea is free but coffee is 1000 tenge.

There is nothing good about this property. However, to be fair, what you see on the pictures is pretty much what ypu get (except for the house itself which looks completely different making it hard to find).

“Classy guest house at Saty.”
Kolsay Room guest house had exceptionally clean rooms and squeaky clean bathrooms. The room was small but well organised and cosy. The room heater was very efficient. There was running or water even in the wash basin. The room was far better than we had expected and perfect for overnight stay in a small village.
