“Great stay”

What a lovely stay! The owner, Giancarlo, was always around and gave lots of tips on where to eat and visit. The room was super clean and had a nice scent of freshness. The hotel is very close to the hot springs. We met a couple on the way there and they told us to go further up to enjoy more privacy which we did! There are few natural pools above the hot springs and we enjoyed hours of an empty pool, with occasional visitors here and there. Bear in mind that the weather was not good, it was cloudy and max temperature was 11C, and was still busy. They also have a stream running at the back of the property. Breakfast was very good with a variety of homemade pies, fruits, pastries, cold meat, cheeses, scrambled eggs. From housekeeping to breakfast team everyone was exceptional!

Location, with a parking certificate provided by the bnb, I can park right at the entrance of the hot spring and walk a few steps. Great experience . Breakfast is good for a basic European style . Service good. The villa is located among Beautiful nature and olive trees.

“Great for the hot springs, really tidy and comfortable, pleasant staff”

It was walking distance to the hot springs, it meant we got up at 5:30 and had a leisurely stroll down and got there when there were only 3 other people. Great if you want to beat the big crowds for the springs. We also loved the private hot spring stream area on the property and their loungers. Very relaxing stay but with plenty to busy yourself with if that’s what you fancy.

“Beautiful place to spend my vacation.”

It’s a cozi and family place to stay. Very clean and spacious room with a good shower. There is a parking lot and I could leave my car over there to go to Cascate del Mulino, this is about 8 minutes walking from the hotel. The breakfast fast is very good and all staff are nice.

It’s a wonderful place. I fall in love with it ! Such quiet & beautiful. In reality it looks much better and modern, than on the photos. Want to say separate “thanks” to Laura. She speaks good English & when we arrived , she explained everything & even gave us list of good restaurants around. Also she made call to all restaurants , that I asked her, and made reservation . And!!! You have to try there Vine ! ❤️

“Comfy B&B 5 mins from the Hot Springs”

Such a nice surprise driving in and seeing the place. it’s a beautiful area. The nearby hot springs didn’t disappoint! Go either at night on early morning for less people.

It's a nice enough agritourismo hotel. The staff were very friendly, explained everything well and were very approachable. The location was a bit more remote from the main road and other places. Made it difficult to walk to a restaurant. But the river and the hot baths are literally 5 minutes away.

Location for terme was perfect just 10min max walk, safe parking, nice staff and very good communication, friendly cats, quiet, very peaceful, spacious, prepared us take-out bkfast, we were given free flowing water, receptionist suggested us nearby restaurants which were good.
