Front desk completely unresponsive to numerous emails, phone calls and Bookings chats several days prior to arrival. As a woman alone trying to plan a late arrival this was completely unacceptable. Bookings even tried calling them for me and couldn’t reach them.

Very close to Romme alpin, perfect for skiing weekend. Friendly staff and lovely breakfast with a lot of variety including homebaked bread. The pingpong table was a big plus for late afternoon activity with our kid.

“Perfection”
We really enjoyed the kind and professional staff there. The breakfast was abundant and diverse, and contained swedish specialities. The hotel is located in the absolut center of the town.

“Beautiful hotel in a great location”
Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location by the town square. Fantastic breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Rooms were quite basic but clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay.

The couple who run the hotel are amazing people. They are super friendly and professional! The house is an old, yet very well maintained building. the decoration is tasteful and clean. It is centrally located. The restaurant is fantastic with delicious food and the service is truly the best service I have seen in Sweden. My daughter’s soup was too salty and the Chef himself came to apologize and offered her a new dish on the house! I have only seen this kind of service in North America!
