Overview
This exclusive B&B retreat is set amongst 3 acres of park-like gardens in Melbourne’s Dandenong Ranges. These stylish cottages feature open log fires, deep spa baths and a fully equipped kitchen. Moulton Park Cottages are situated only 8 minutes’ walk from the charming village of Sassafras. The Puffing Billy Steam Train is just 4 km away. There are 60 Yarra Valley wineries within an hour’s drive. Each cottage has a four-poster bed, lounge room with CD stereo system, TV and DVDs, plus a private bathroom with heated towel rails and full range of toiletries. Provided by Fortnums in Sassafras, a generous continental breakfast hamper is included for up to 2 days of your stay. Guests can enjoy a game of tennis on the private tennis courts, or relax in the beautiful gardens.

Gatehouse Cottage
This historic, cosy cottage at the entrance to the estate is the original gatehouse for the property. Set in a pretty garden with shady trees in summer, Gatehouse Cottage offers an outdoor veranda, a dining room and a lounge with an open wood fireplace, gas heating, a 2-seater couch, books, music, a TV and a DVD player. There are beautiful stained glass windows and clear windows, which overlook the garden. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and is adjacent to a spa room, which has a 2-person spa bath. Both bathrobes are provided. In a separate bathroom there is a toilet, shower and a vanity. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove top, an oven, a small refrigerator, crockery, glassware, cutlery and saucepans. Free WiFi is provided.
Keepers Cottage
Guests staying in the Keepers Cottage can relax on the couch in the living room, in front of the open wood fire place, listen to music or watch TV or a DVD. The open plan bedroom has a 4-poster king-sized bed and an adjacent 2-person spa bath. The separate bathroom has a shower, toilet, a vanity and both bathrobes. There is heating and a fully equipped kitchen with a stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator, all crockery, glassware, cutlery, pots and pans. An antipasto platter are available to order.
