“The most terrible experience I have had as a stay!”
The room was only a small room with only a bed in it! Nothing else! No washroom! No bathroom! No Shower! No fridge! Everything was shared. What I expected based on the pictures on Booking.com was a room with all those facilities. When I faced the reality, they only told me that I had to pay attention to the "small" sign under the pictures that said "shared" when I was booking! They agreed to refund three out of four nights that I had paid for, but NOT for the first night. It took me three hours at midnight to make sure they will provide the refund then I was able to book another place to stay and I arrived at the new place at 1:30 am and couldn't sleep till 3 am and I had to attend a conference in which I was supposed to have a speech in the morning! It was a terrible experience. I expected Booking.com to refund me for the first night but they did not promise me anything! Disappointing!
