“Everything was great minus the pool”
The pool sucked, the air was freezing as the door to outside was completely frozen over and pouring in cold air from outside as well as the roof was leaking/dripping right on to our heads while swimming and it was freezing water

“Need security to regularly walk hallways and curtail late night noise problems.”
We had people up playing music and making noise in the room next to us I did not sleep finally went down to frt desk and informed night girl. She was very competent but we still lost a night of sleep. Pillows are way to high also to sleep on.
