“Very dissapointing”
Stayed here before but won’t stay again. The welcome wasn’t the same as last time. Couldn’t get into the property for a while. Tried calling, both numbers, no response. Receptionist arrived. Checked me in. I asked about the passport stamp and it was pointed out to me on the counter. Very different to the last time we stayed when the gentleman did it for us. In the bathroom I was shocked to see the dirt of the toilet brush, it was disgusting. Definitely put me off staying again.

“Exceptional”
Everything was perfect! Great location, very clean room and shared bathroom. As other reviewers mentioned, there’s a road right under the windows, so you’ll definitely hear some traffic noise — but we didn’t mind at all. The lady at the reception was super nice and kind!

The employees were very rude from the beginning and after the stay they accused that i had stolen the key and said i have to pay some fines because of that. But they had lost the key themselfes . When they found out that it was their mistake they didn't even bother to say sorry to me.

We only had the lift to access the second floor, so if a fire we were locked in, unable to exit the building. The shower did not drain so after 1 minutes the shower tray would overflow unless you stopped the shower.

Excellent friendly staff. Couldn't do enough. Let us leave our bags till afternoon bus. When we came back to collect bags, we where given coffee. 😊

Located right next to the bus station. Nice cafe close by - not too far to main street. Staff person was very helpful with practicalities and arranging luggage transfer once they did arrive.
