The room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The instructions for getting into the room were long but precise.

Lovely room and en suite. Comfortable bed. Right on the Camino, on the main “pilgrim” street in Sarria and opposite a cafe. Good communication prior to arrival, though no direct contact with any staff. Offer of dinner, breakfast plus our Camino passports and shells, which were waiting for us when we arrived, albeit the prepaid for meals were vouchers for the “pellegrino” meals at the restaurant/bar just up the road (not the one opposite).

Location was great and easy to access.

Location and response time on WhatsApp was great!!! Room was clean and well located to old town! No staff on site proved problematic. If you want to be an air BnB then do it and reduced your nightly rate! Otherwise get some staff on site.

Nice cosy very clean and excellent location

It was extremly warm in the room, the air conditioner was to weak. It was almost 30 degrees in the room and the humidity was high.

The room was clean, as if it has just been renovated. Location is perfect for starting the Camino.

The room was very comfortable and the shower pressure was great. The size of the apartment was considerable.

The treatment and communications with the staff. The person who did the aerport transfer. It all felt very warm and caring. The room was big and beautiful with a great huge shower, very comfortable bed and a great location. I loved the tiny museum as you walk into the hotel

I arrived late at night and had to leave early in the morning. I had to fill out the luggage form before leaving . The sensor late in front kept switching off, which was annoying. The establishment did not have a sign outside to find when you arrived late. I missed it so I used the house no.finally finding it after I passed thru a few meters.

spacious, modern room. good shower

Super kind stuff! The position is perfect because is along the Camino de Santiago. Wash and dry service works very well and the breakfast is delicious!
