“Great, minus the beg bug bites!!!”
Got home and realized that I had bites all over my back. I called and spoke with the manager the following day and was told that they were highly trained in pest control and would check out the room and get back to me. An hour later I received a call from the manager stating that they checked the room and did not find any sign of bed bugs. Hmmmmmm

This was without a doubt the best experience we ever had at a hotel. The staff went above and beyond! They were so friendly and accommodating. Tammy and the other waitresses were exceptional. I willbe back!

Noise transfer from rowdy guests through adjoining room door. Will ask for stand alone room next time. T.V not responding properly. Will check this next time upon arrival as it was too late when discovered.

“April 2026, brief stay.”
We enjoyed the short stay, using the pool facilities. Had the whole pool area to ourselves. Lovely. Was impressed with the size and the deck layout. They even went the extra mile of placing swim towels on adjoining tables. Once we completed our swimming, we head back to our room and were able to chat with some of the cleaning ladies, absolutely lovely, really enjoyed briefly chatting. Then we used the restaurant , another excellent experience. We then headed back to our room, and slept well in your comfortable beds.thank you for comfortable stay.

Our door was open upon arrival and when we came into the room, there was a giant footprint on the leather ottoman. It was a huge boot or shoe mark so it felt the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned

“We visit Sarnia once a year to see family, 4 Seasons really made us feel like home.”
The beds were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Rooms came equipped with a microwave which was a bonus since we had kids. The pool facilities were great, and the hotel itself was very spacious and family friendly.
